Thai schools/agencies have a shortage of teachers, so landing a job should have been an easy task, but I guess I was wrong about it.

I feel like I have to work harder than my white counterparts to get a job in this field. I practice a lot, have props, watch videos on how to teach young learners but once they see me, it's like I'm doomed.
