Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the school's academic and administrative functions.
- Ensure the effective delivery of the Cambridge curriculum, including planning, teaching, and assessment.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement innovative teaching methods and eco-focused programs.
- Maintain high standards of student achievement and well-being.
- Monitor and support the professional development of teaching staff.
- Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that aligns with the school's values.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to build strong relationships.
- Manage school resources efficiently and effectively.
- Implement policies and procedures to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field.
- Qualified teacher status with experience in leading educational programs.
- Strong knowledge of the Cambridge curriculum and teaching best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
