Early Years and Primary English Teachers

𝐄𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐲 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝟑 – 𝟓 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐎𝐥𝐝)
Crane International School Myanmar (CISM) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher with an experience teaching children aged 3 to 5 years. The ideal candidate will nurture each child’s emotional, physical, and social development through engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences.

𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
1. Be knowledgeable of the UK Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
frameworks, focusing on the Seven Domains.
2. Collaborate with fellow teachers to plan, prepare, and deliver
developmentally appropriate classroom activities and lesson plans.
3. Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment that
encourages exploration and self-expression.
4. Maintain effective classroom management by promoting positive
discipline and encouraging good habits.
5. Monitor and report on students' well-being, providing regular
feedback on their progress to parents and guardians.
6. Establish an effective and respectful working relationships with
colleagues, parents, communities, and other stakeholders.
7. Attend staff meetings and participate in professional development
training as required.
8. Adhere to school policies outlined in the staff handbook, including
Health and Safety and Child Safeguarding policies.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
• Bachelor’s degree or a relevant qualification in Early Childhood
Education
• At least 2-years of experience teaching foundation stage.
• Native English Speaker is preferred however experienced teachers
with a near-native level of English are also welcomed to apply.

CISM is looking for a native English teacher with experience in teaching Primary Years. The ideal candidate should be an inspiring classroom practitioner with a passion for learning, a commitment to high achievement standards, and a desire to actively contribute to the school's ongoing development

𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐬
1. To undertake the responsibilities of a form teacher in relation to the
class allocated.
2. Plan and deliver engaging English lessons for Year 2, 3 and 4 in
alignment with Cambridge Primary Curriculum.
3. Establish and maintain effective classroom management to foster
positive habits and discipline among students
4. Implement structured learning plans that balance pace, challenge,
and interest of the students
5. Utilize Cambridge resources and integrate appropriate technologies
to maximize student engagement, learning experience, and
instructional quality.
6. Monitor students’ progress, set measurable targets, and adjust lesson
plans accordingly.
7. Provide regular progress reports to the Principal, Head of
Department, and parents as needed.
8. Establish an effective and respectful working relationship with
colleagues, parents, and stakeholders.
9. Attend staff meetings and participate in professional development
training as required.
10. Adhere to school policies outlined in the staff handbook, including
Child Safeguarding and Health and Safety procedures.
11. Be willing to accompany students on field trips and school activities
outside of instructional day when required.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
• A Bachelor’s degree in education is preferred. If not, a relevant
Teaching Qualification along with a Bachelor's degree will also be
considered.
• A minimum of 3 years teaching experience
• Native English Speaker is preferred however experienced teachers
with a near-native level of English are also welcomed to apply.
