The Core purpose of the Learning Support Instructor is to
- support LS learners in class or in 1:1 or small group withdrawal settings;
- empower our diverse and inclusive community to take responsibility for creating a -
sustainable and peaceful world by acting with integrity and community spirit;
- strive for excellence through our core values; overcoming challenges, nurturing each other’s potential and celebrating success;
- establish fair, respectful, trusting, supportive and constructive relationships with students. Helping them to develop their critical and creative thinking skills and challenging them to become independent lifelong learners;
- have high expectations of students, including a commitment to ensuring that they can achieve their full educational potential;
- be aware of the policies and procedures of the school and share in collective responsibility for their implementation.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor/Master’s Degree
- Native English or Fluent in English
- Qualified in TEFL, TESOL would be an advantage.
- ESL qualification
- A background in education, special needs, or a related field.
- Experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
