Working Days: Monday – Friday 08.00-17.00
Salary: 15,000 – 18,000 THB/month

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and proactive Shadow Teacher to provide 1:1 support for a student with special learning or behavioral needs within a mainstream classroom setting. The ideal candidate will work closely with the lead teacher, parents, and support staff to ensure the student can access the curriculum and participate fully in the school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individual academic and behavioral support to the assigned student
• Assist in implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) or learning strategies
• Collaborate with teachers and specialists to adapt learning materials and activities
• Encourage social integration and participation in class and school activities
• Monitor and record student progress and provide feedback to the support team
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Ensure the safety and well-being of the student at all times
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Special Education, or related field (preferred)
• Experience working with children or students with special needs
• Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Thai nationality preferred
