Kajonkiet International School Phuket is recruiting an International Teaching Assistant for the immediate start at our newly established school, Hei Schools Phuket .
HEI Schools Phuket is a Finnish approach to Early Childhood Education based on research from the University of Helsinki and delivered through play-based learning. Currently we are opening a Kindergarten for children aged 1.8 to 7 years old and are expanding into Primary and Secondary level in a few years’ time. We work collaboratively with over 20 Hei Learning centers across the globe to ensure high-quality education for our students, support for teachers and a nurturing learning environment for all involved.

We are looking for a person who has excellent communication skills, works well collaboratively and has an inquisitive nature to fostering curiosity among staff and children alike.
We are currently looking for a teaching assistant who has:
• Fluent English (Native or IELTS Academic score of 7.5 in listening, speaking, reading and
writing)
• At least 1 year working experience in an Early Childhood Education setting
• Possess a Bachelor Degree in any field or within education
• International experience

Qualifications:
-Degree holder
-Experience supporting class teachers with everyday work in the Pre-K to Kindergarten Stage is highly preferred
-Ability to work in a positive and supportive way with the children and their families
-Ability to work in a team, with good communication and interpersonal skills
-EAL qualification is highly considered
