Norwich International School, Rama 2, is seeking an experienced and passionate professional to join our team as Head of Early Years starting in August 2025. As part of our commitment to providing exceptional education, we are looking for a dedicated leader to oversee and nurture our Early Years program, delivering high-quality early childhood education based on the British curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Early Years department, ensuring the highest standards of teaching and learning
Develop, implement, and assess the curriculum in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Play-Based Learning approaches within the British curriculum framework
Provide inspirational leadership and guidance to the Early Years team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment
Engage with parents and the wider community, building strong partnerships to support children's development
Ensure a warm, nurturing, and safe learning environment for all students
Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in early childhood education, with a proven track record of leadership and curriculum management
In-depth knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and Play-Based Learning approaches within the British curriculum
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English
A nurturing and supportive leadership style, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
A teaching certification in Early Years Education is an advantage
