English, Science, and Maths Teachers (Mathayom)

Bangkok Christian College is accepting applications for the 2025-2026 school year, with long-term opportunities available. Positions are available for the Mathayom English Immersion Program. We are looking for highly skilled, diligent, and dynamic teachers who enjoy working in a professional environment.

The position begins the 1st of May. Interviews will begin presently, and applicants must be in Thailand and be able to attend an in-person or online interview.

We are currently interviewing for High School teaching positions in:
- English
- Mathematics
- Science

Working Requirements:
- Teachers will teach 24 forty-minute periods per week.
- Working hours are Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm. (early finish of 3:15pm on Fridays)
- Teachers will be required to attend a number of parent meetings and school events on weekends throughout the year. (Typically this occurs just twice a year).

Please read the following information carefully. Failure to comply with the directions will invalidate your application:

Employment Criteria:
- Must be a native English speaker from the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant subject area.
- ***NOTE: This degree must also be from your native country***
- Teaching credentials are strongly encouraged (e.g. an MEd, PGCE or PGCEi).
- Minimum experience of two years teaching in a high school, preferably in Thailand.
- All applicants must already be in Thailand.
- Available to begin 1st of May.
- Able to provide original education diplomas, certificates, passport, and transcripts. The school will not consider any applicant for employment who cannot provide these documents at the time of the initial interview. No exceptions will be made.

Compensation (FIXED salary scale):
- Salary is 73-75,000 Baht/month for those with a teaching qualification.
- Salary is 59,000 Baht/month for those who DO NOT possess the above.
- 40,000 Baht bonus awarded upon completion of the contract*.
- Yearly increment. Up to 3,000 baht/month added onto the base salary each year.
- 12-month contract with at least 8 weeks of paid holidays in March/April, October and December. Plus, all Thai public holidays on top (also paid).
- Medical insurance.
- Work permits and visa extensions will be provided.
- Extra class opportunities are available.
- 7 paid sick days per year.
- Free daily lunch when on campus.
