Job Title: Physical Education (P.E.) Coach

Location: WeLearn Academy, Yen Akat-Rama IV

Working Hours: Full-time 07.30-16.30

Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated P.E. Coach to develop and implement a comprehensive physical education program for students of primary cohort and secondary cohort. The role involves creating engaging and dynamic lessons, fostering students' physical development, and maintaining sports equipment to ensure a safe and effective learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Physical Education Program Development:
- Design and implement P.E. courses that promote fitness, teamwork, and skill development.
- Tailor lessons to suit various age groups and abilities, ensuring an inclusive environment.
- Organize sports events, activities, and competitions to encourage student participation.

2. Sports Equipment Management:
- Maintain and manage all sports equipment, ensuring it is in good condition and safe for use.
- Coordinate the purchase and inventory of new equipment as needed.
- Set up and dismantle equipment for P.E. classes and school sports events.

3. Student Care:
- Provide individualized support to students, helping them improve their physical skills and achieve personal fitness goals.
- Foster a positive, encouraging, and disciplined environment during P.E. sessions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.
- Previous experience in teaching or coaching physical education.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to develop engaging and age-appropriate fitness programs.

Preferred Qualifications:
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Experience managing sports equipment and coordinating school sports activities.
