We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced ESL teacher to join our English Programme team and help our students achieve their language goals.

The target start date for this post is 1st July 2023 or as soon as possible.

As an ESL teacher at Kajonkietsuksa School, you will have the opportunity to work with groups of 1-3 students, teaching a maximum of 20 periods per week during the students' relevant English periods. Our students come from a variety of backgrounds and skill levels, so you will need to adapt your teaching style to meet the needs of each individual learner.
Duties will include:
- Responsibilities
- Prepare classroom and course materials
- Assign homework and exams
- Grade students’ assessments
- Create individualized plans for students with special requirements (e.g. learning disabilities)
- Research new teaching methods for teaching English as a second language
- Create a supportive and positive classroom environment
- Maintain records of student attendance and grades
- Inform parents about student progress
- Collaborate with academic staff to provide a positive learning experience to students.

To be considered for this position, you should have a degree, preferably a TESOL/TEFL qualification, or a related field and experience teaching ESL to students of all ages. You should also be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, a passion for teaching, and a commitment to student success.

Requirements:
- An accredited Bachelor's degree and preferably a PGCE/Elementary level.
- A university qualification is a minimum requirement for applicants under regulations set by the Thai Ministry of Education.
- Teaching experience with Kindergarten students is a strong recommendation.

Salary Range: 36,000 - 45,000 THB (greatly vary depending on the applicant's qualifications and experience)
