Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and effective Psychology and PSHE lessons to students in the secondary years
Create and implement schemes of work and lesson plans in line with the school's curriculum and teaching standards
Assess and evaluate students' progress and provide feedback to students and parents/guardians as needed
Contribute to the development of the Psychology/PSHE curriculum and teaching resources
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning are maintained
Participate in extracurricular activities and school events as required
Requirements:
A degree in Psychology or a related field
A teaching qualification (PGCE/QTS or equivalent) and relevant teaching experience in a secondary school setting
A thorough understanding of the UK National Curriculum and experience of teaching Psychology to GCSE and A-level standard
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working with EAL learners is an advantage
The ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their full potential
A commitment to ongoing professional development
Salary: Ranging from 85,000 - 95,000 Baht
Contract type:
1 year contract (renewable)
