Year 5/6 and other Primary/EY Teaching Positions

Due to continued expansion MIS is currently looking to recruit an additional qualified and experienced Native English Speaking Year 5 or 6 Homeroom teacher to start in August 2023. Candidates should be out-going, dedicated professionals who want to make a contribution to the development of our school. Three professional references and an up-to-date police check will be required as part of the application process. Please note that only short-listed candidates will be contacted.

Qualifications:
 Native English Speaker; International School experience (preferred)
 Bachelor’s degree (essential); Thai teacher licence (preferable)
 recognized teaching qualification (such as a B.Ed. or PGCE)
 at least one-year teaching experience (preferably in an English Curriculum School)
 Primary Teacher starting salary typically 58,000 Baht but please note that consideration will be given for well qualified and experienced teachers;

General Duties:
 teaching approximately 20 periods per week (English, Math, Science, Humanities)
 planning, preparation, assessment, record-keeping, and reporting
 working as part of a team, both in your key stage and as part of the wider primary school team and a willingness to improve as a teacher through staff development
 contribute in other ways such as the arts or extra-curricular sport activities

Benefits:
 starting pay typically 58,000 Baht per month (salary negotiable depending on experience and qualifications).
