About Us:
Royce Royal International School is a rapidly growing international school located just outside Bangkok city centre. We follow the British Curriculum and provide our pupils with facilities and resources to foster academic and personal growth. We are currently seeking a passionate and innovative Early Primary Teacher who is willing to explore new teaching methods and ideas to create engaging and exciting lessons for our students.
Responsibilities:
As a Early Primary Teacher, teaching English, Maths, science, and topics, you will be responsible for nurturing students' academic development and overall well-being. You will also participate in extracurricular activities such as sports day and school trips. Other general day-to-day teaching duties include using Google Classroom platforms and other teaching aids and incorporating alternative learning methods to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
Requirements:
Native English speakers from the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, the US, South Africa or any of the countries in the European Union. Teachers from South Africa and the EU must attain a TOEIC test score of 900+.
Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field with Degree and transcripts on hand.
Some classroom teaching experience is necessary.
Diploma/Post Graduate and other qualifications in Education will give you an edge.

Recruitment Process:
The recruitment process shall consist of the following steps:
Initial Zoom Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in an initial Zoom interview with the recruitment team.
Face-to-Face Interview and Demo Class: Candidates who pass the initial interview will be invited to attend a face-to-face interview at the school. During this stage, candidates will be required to conduct a 45-minute demo class, which includes lesson plan submission before the school visit. Candidates will also be asked to verify their documents.
Reference Check: After the face-to-face interview and demo class, the school will contact the candidate's references to verify their employment history.
Contract Signing and Relocation: If selected, the candidate will be required to sign a contract and prepare to relocate near the school.
We believe that this recruitment process will help us identify the most qualified and passionate candidates who can contribute to our school's mission and provide our students with the best education possible.
Benefits:
- 1st Contract ends on June 30, 2024, and the second contract is from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025
Holidays:
- 13 National Holidays, 20 paid annual holidays during the 1st contract (Monday to Friday). During the second contract, paid holidays increase to 40 days (Monday-Friday) for working one year.
- Social security
- Non - B Visa renewal and Work permit paid for and arranged by the School
- Opportunity to teach in our Afterschool Programme during work days (2:50 pm to 3:30 pm), paid extra.
Salary: Starting Gross salary for this position is THB 50,000 (Negotiable for Teachers from the UK with a degree from the UK and core subject teaching experience for Early Years and/or Early Primary levels).
Working Hours:
- You will be working from Monday to Friday, from 7:30-16:30, including breaks adding up to 60 minutes per day.
- Classes are from 8 am - 2:40 pm
