Carroll Prep is located near Wat Samian Nari (https://goo.gl/maps/K5VXAscqcrSdt8K79) We started as a languages learning center in 2005 and last year we are growing into a school. We are a small unique hybrid school. We have about 80 students age of 2 -8 years old.

We believe that each child is a unique individual who needs a secure, caring, and stimulating atmosphere in which to grow and mature emotionally, intellectually, physically, and socially.

We are growing fast in a world with uncertain. We are innovative and always looking for new way of doing thing. We are looking for a team member who is creative, adaptable, problem solving, can take and give good feedback with scientific thinking skills.

A teacher shall be responsible for the academic progress and the general pastoral care of the pupils in their class. They are expected to work collaboratively and to participate fully in the work of the our school.

Requirement

1. Minimum of 3 years as a kindergarten or primary teachers
2. Bachelor's degree in education or related experience
3. Good communication skill
4. A positive attitude toward changes and adaptable
5. A desire to learn more about and immerse in the Thai culture
6. Passion for teaching
7. Contribute to the school, can receive and give effective feedback

Job Description

1. Ensure students are meeting national curriculum guidelines and achieve the curriculum goals of Carroll Prep.

2. Encouraging student participation in lessons and help managing students in the classroom with co teachers.

3. Supporting the leadership team to implement the school’s development plan.

4. Always assessing and reporting on the behaviors and developmental of students.

5. Providing educational and social guidance to students and/or signposting them to specialist areas of advice when needed.

6. Ensuring the highest standards of quality and applying the most up-to-date teaching methods.

7. Taking part in opportunities to boost your own learning and continuous professional development.

8. Attending in staff meetings to support the smooth running and administration of the school.

9. Working with parents/careers to ensure children have access to extended services, extracurricular opportunities, homework and other social and educational experiences, e.g. through the PTA
