Filipino Digital Education Teacher

Kajonkiet School Group (Phuket, Thailand) is looking for a qualified Filipino Digital Education Teacher who can start from 1 July 2023. The candidate should have a Degree in Education with concentration in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / IT Education or a four year degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology major in programming or coding and design.

Knowledge in the following fields:
• Robotics, Programming, Computing and STEM
• Desktop Publishing and Graphic Design
• Multimedia Design / Audio and Video Editing
• Computer Systems and Troubleshooting
• 3D Design and Modeling
• Design and Engineering technology
• Emerging Web Development / Emerging Technologies

Candidate should have a passion for computer science, excellent subject knowledge beyond the curriculum, and be committed to ensuring all students reach their full potential. Plan lessons carefully, having regard to the schemes of work and faculty practice. Assess student work to monitor and to evaluate progress and set targets.

- Sophisticated in ICT, DE, and Computer Science
- Showing outstanding characteristics; energetic, compassionate, creative, and flexible.
- Willing to make Phuket island home for a minimum of 1-2 years.
- Holding a mature attitude towards work and a growth mindset.
- Showing a strong desire and passion to teach 6-11 years old children with mixed second-language abilities.

Requirements:
- An accredited Bachelor's degree and preferably Education with concentration in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / IT Education
- A university qualification is a minimum requirement for applicants under regulations set by the Thai Ministry of Education.
- Teaching ICT, DE subjects is a strong recommendation.
