Basic Salary: THB 18,000
Housing: THB 1,500
End-contract-bonus: THB 10,000

Least Total Monthly Salary: THB 19,500

Term 1 - August (2nd week) to December (1st week) - 1 month holiday in December
Term 2 - January (1st week) to April (1st week) - 3-5 days holiday for CNY, 2 weeks holiday in April for Songkran
Term 3 - April (3rd week) to July (2nd week) - 1 month summer holiday between July and August before the following Academic year.
