- Bachelors/Masters Degree in respective field of study- Must have solid teaching experiences in teaching young learners English
- Preferably Cambridge TKT/ITELTS/CEFR qualifications
- Excellent communication in English and classroom management skills
- Good pronunciation and presentation skills
- Computer and Digital literacy
- Be able to create lessons plan and consult with Principal for effective execution
- Must be able to lead Show & Tell sessions for students to improve their oral narratives
- Must be flexible and be able to work with team for value-added transformational programs and events for students' success
- Embrace Patience, optimism, compassion, enthusiasm, and empathy for all stakeholders
- Mediation skills for resolving conflicts between children
- Participate in all school academic & extracurricular activities such as social, sporting and others as required by the school
- Contribute in other learning and development aspects of the students such as Citizenship, Moral, Cultural values and promote well-rounded development of each student
- Report to Principal and seeking guidance on development, progress and status of individual students
- Request appropriate textbooks and learning aids
- Must be able to commit for at least 1 academic year upon signing employment contract
