Early Years Teacher Position (3 – 6 Years Old)Job Summary
Crane International School Myanmar (CISM) is looking for a native English speaker with experience of teaching aged 3~6 years old students. The candidate must be an inspirational classroom practitioner with a love for young children, commitment to high standards of achievement and a willingness to contribute to the further development of the school.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Be knowledgeable with UK Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) frameworks and
Cambridge Year 1 curriculum
• Collaborate with other teachers to plan, prepare, and deliver developmentally
appropriate activities and class materials
• Help young learners to have smooth transition from pre-kg to Year 1
• Maintain effective classroom management and develop good habits by promoting
positive discipling methods in classrooms
• Assist in identifying and reporting children’s physical and emotional needs using
observation, discussion and follow-up
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, parents,
communities and stakeholders.
• Attend staff meetings and professional development training as required.
• Follow school policies outlined in the staff handbook, including Health and Safety and
Child Safeguarding policies.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 3-year experience of teaching
• Have relevant experience teaching early years and Cambridge Year 1 curriculum.
• Native English Speaker is preferred however an experienced teacher with near-native
level of English is welcomed to apply.
Remuneration Package
• USD 2200 or THB 75,000
• Shared accommodation
• Visa application / extension fee

Primary English Teacher Position (Year 2 ~ 5)
Job Summary
CISM is looking for a native English teacher with experience of teaching Primary Years. The candidate must be an inspirational classroom practitioner with a passion for learning; a commitment to high standards of achievement and a willingness to contribute to the further development of the school.
Duties and Responsibilities
• To undertake the responsibilities of a subject teacher in relation to the class allocated.
• Plan suitable lessons for the range of Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, Cambridge Primary
Curriculum.
• Maintain effective classroom management, develop good habits and discipline in
classrooms.
• Provide clear learning structures that maintain pace and challenge the interest of the
learners.
• Use a variety of teaching techniques and learning styles to ensure students are engaging
and receiving quality instructional time.
• Select and make good use of technologies for classroom management and assessment.
• Keep track of individual pupil’s progress to set targets and create well informed
planning.
• Provide reports on the progress of all pupils in the class to the Principal, Head of
Department and parents as required.
• Be familiar with special educational needs: identification, assessment, and support.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, parents,
community groups and stakeholders.
• Attend staff meetings and professional development training as required.
• Follow school policies outlined in the staff handbook, including Child Safeguarding and
Safety procedures.
• Be willing to accompany students on field trips and school activities outside of
instructional day when required.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3-5 years of teaching experience (with Cambridge syllabus preferred)
• Native English Speaker is preferred however an experienced teacher with near-native
level of English is welcomed to apply.

• Salary - $2300 or THB 78,000
• Shared accommodation
