All the latest deals and promotions from Thailand's TEFL course providers

SEE TEFL Chiang Mai - SEE TEFL up in Chiang Mai has been teaching a full-time 120-hour course for over eight years and can boast over 700 graduates. In addition to this very popular 4-week certification program, they now offer a teacher training and paid internship opportunity twice a year to coincide with the two school semesters in Thailand.

The SEE TEFL internship program is a great way to experience Thailand as a paid teacher, but also ideal for those who aren't ready to commit to a 4-week TEFL course program or a teaching commitment longer than five months. Internship includes pre-arrival classroom familiarization training, two weeks face-to-face classroom skills and cultural awareness induction training in Chiang Mai. Then a paid one-semester teaching job of four to five months in a rural or provincial Thai school. Interns are paid a minimum of 25,000 baht a month. More information here

Islandtefl.com - Island TEFL Thailand have been making some good connections. They have partnered with the University of San Diego (USD), Invasion Jobs in the U.K. and Oxford Seminars (with over 5,000 TEFL graduates a year) On this 125-hour program - which is taught by The USD faculty - not only are you getting a respected certificate but should you decide to further your teaching career, the USD TEFL offers you the chance to earn credits towards their online M.A in Education or TESOL programs.

The Island TEFL/USD course comes with a twice-a-year guaranteed job placement designed to coincide with the Thai school terms that begin in May and November. For the remaining 10 months of the year, Island TEFL offers a three-week in-house, 120-hour TEFL/TESOL in great Thailand locations such as Phuket. Koh Samui, Hua Hin, Bang Seray and Bangkok all with guaranteed job placement.

The program includes 35,000 baht a month salary, 70,000 THB completion bonus, work permit, insurance. & accommodation allowance. There are also placement programs for those who don't have a degree.

Text and Talk - One of Thailand's longest-established TEFL courses, Text and Talk offers a $95.00 discount off their regular course price if two people enrol on the course at the same time - so find a friend to study with you and you could be saving yourself some cash. TEFLPlus Phuket - TEFLPlus is celebrating its 30th year in the training industry. Chiang Mai University TEFLChiang Mai University TEFL is now working with a recruiter in Bangkok to place teachers into 25 full-time teaching positions before the start of the next academic semester and CMUTEFL graduates are in high demand for these positions. Next month, CMUTEFL has signed an agreement to train 20+ 2nd year undergraduate university students from the United States during the Songkran holiday, as a result the April program is now full. The next available program will be 5th May 2014. To celebrate the Thai New Year (Songkran), CMUTEFL is giving ajarn.com readers a special discount for anyone who enrolls for the program in May. AYC TESOL - AYC have been running TEFL courses in Thailand for over three years and they've had in the region of 300 graduates go through their teacher training programs, which are accredited by NFE-UK and InTESOL USA. The full-time TEFL course is currently 799 US Dollars (approx 24,000 baht)

AYC also runs one of the biggest teacher recruitment / placement programs in Thailand and currently employs over 200 teachers in schools all over Thailand.
