UniTEFL Thailand are promoting a limited Songkran accelerated TEFL course and they're inviting you to come and join in the Chiang Mai Songkran fun! Firstly, they are offering a two-week UniTEFL certificate course for 'employed teachers only' for just 22,500 baht. You can join this 'turbo-charged' course and still have plenty of time to join in the Songkran celebrations - and Chiang Mai does Songkran like probably no other place in Thailand.

Especially around the moat area, you'll be able to join in fun-filled water fights and experience something totally unique. The course itself will run from March 26th to April 6th and fees includecourse materials and a complimentary water gun. Chiang Mai University TEFL has just published its photos for its February course on its CMUTEFL Facebook page. Samui TEFL has teamed up with a swimming school on the island and now offers as an 'add-on' package, a course to qualify teachers as swim-instructors. This is a recognised certificate and students can complete their swim instructor training immediately after their TEFL course. Armed with two certificates, both the TEFL and the swimming instructor, teachers possibly increase their opportunities of finding work in schools because they have more to offer. As the Thai schools are closing soon, teacher practicals at the usual schools will be in the form of summer camps that Samui TEFL is hosting. The International School of Samui runs on different school terms to the Thai schools, so teacher practicals continue as normal at this school, as well as with the groups of adults and children that attend the training centre for free English lessons. The Samui TEFL March course which starts on Monday has one last minute place available at the rate of 35,000B. The April course is full, but they do have availability for May.

Boonjit TEFL include rooms and meals in the cost of their 120-hour TEFL course for those of you who want a convenient all-inclusive package.
