Tongue Thai'd ~ Lesson 4

Most people can learn how to count in Thai quite quickly. It’s always useful to know especially when you’re haggling in a market. Virtually all prices are written using roman numerals. If you see prices etc written in Thai script then there’s usually a good reason for this - they don’t want foreigners to know the price. You’ll notice this at tourist attractions that charge two prices one for Thais and one for foreigners.
