Educational System / Curriculum We prepare Thai and international students for American and Thai Universities. Classes are taught in English.

American Pacific follows an American curriculum, which is designed to meet the requirements of competitive American universities. Academic departments include English, English as a Second Language, Mathematics, Science, Social Science and The Arts. Advanced Placement courses are offered in many subject areas. ESL streaming and support is offered at no extra charge. Another initiative is the implementation of our IT strategy. We have 30 PCs, printers and scanners and with an internet-ready network that enables children to research projects and communicate with other students around the world. Information Technology is incorporated into all areas of the curriculum at APIS and we intend that our graduates will be computer savvy independent thinkers who know the value of electronic networks for communication, research and e-commerce. All students participate in after school and Saturday morning activities astructured learning program in which students work in small groups with teachers on various projects including community outreach. The academic program is complemented by the activities schedule and the complete residential program in a safe and beautiful learning environment.

Ownership and Management The Head of School works with the Chairman and Vice Chairman the school. The School has an Advisory board including PTO which meets at least 3 times each year.
Educational System / Curriculum
  • The Elementary program provided at LANNA(LIST) has been described as "a well-conceived quality educational program". Focus is on the substantial common ground among the American, Australian, British, Canadian and New Zealand systems.
  • The Middle School and High School programs make provision for students to take IGCSE examinations from the UK by Grade 10 and Alevel exams in the higher grades Senior students may take PAST and SAT examinations from the USA.
  • Academic High School Programs are offered for both University and Career Track students.
  • After-school activities are offered for enrichment three-five days a week for all students during the school year.
  • A Summer school program (ESL) is held during the Thai school summer vacation and during the LIST summer vacation from mid-June until mid-August.
