Empower is another new training company that has been set up since the economy started to improve a couple of years ago and company's once again had a training budget.   Empower offers a variety of services to the corporate market :  Corporate Training, Sales Training, Sales management, marketing, business communication, resume services, etc.

At present the company only has one school and employs several full time teachers and a handfull of part timers.

Full time teachers are expected to possess a degree, recognised TEFL certificate and preferably have previous teaching experience.  In return for teaching under 80 hours a month the teacher will receive  a salary of around 40,000 Baht and paid holidays.  A medical insurance scheme is currently being set up.  Unfortunately at this time the school doesn't offer work permits.

Part time teachers should have a TEFL certificate and experience.  The rate for in-house teaching is 400 Baht/hour and up to 500 Baht/hour for outside work.
